Examples of Our Still Photography Work

230 Mankato Place, Homewood California

We took a series of pictures of this beautiful home in Homewood, California that had decent filtered lake views. between the trees and other adjacent homes. The dining room offered the best lake views and we tried to show as much of the lake as possible without making it look as though the neighboring home was blocking the  most of the view. The weather was not really cooperating and we had to replace the sky in a few of the pictures to bring in some blues. We used a 24mm to give the shots a nice wide angle without making the perspective too abnormal as we would have if we had selected a wider lens.

Model Home Shots

We took a series of pictures of this fabulous Lake Tahoe estate in Stateline NV. Despite being 8,028 square feet, it is a very comfortable space with multiple sitting areas comfortable for either large groups or quiet solitude. The home has large bedrooms and fantastic widows. We did our best highlight these features. The exterior dusk shot took a couple of hours to take using a shift lens to keep the lines of perspective straight. We started shooting before sundown and kept going until after the sun had set. This shot was used in

924 Foothill Road, Gardnerville, NV 89460

We completed a Matterport package for Lori Keller and Megan Lopresti at RCM Realty. They were great to work with and the home was fabulous. The 3,125 square foot home sits on a one acre lot. We used aerial shots to show the homes fantastic location with virtually nothing behind the home giving it great privacy. Inside the home had a lot of windows overlooking fantastic views of the Carson Valley. We used lighting outside as well as inside for the interior shots to ensure the colors of the Japanese maples were not lost on that beautiful fall day.

707 Cactus Court, Dayton, NV 89403

This is part of an ongoing project with Riverpark Dunes development in Dayton, NV. This particular home is a simple floorpan track home and is unfurnished however it has some beautiful features to create a bit of interest. We added the sunset and lawn to give it a bit of color and used warm lighting. We also used our tilt shift lenses to bring in more of that beautiful flooring and countertops into the picture without changing the lines of perspective.
